Gallery and Music Space
Our backroom is the center of art and culture at Donkey. It serves as a rotating gallery space for local and regional artists, a performance space that has become a favorite amongst musicians for its intimacy and a favorite hang-out for people looking to enjoy conversation and quality of entertainment. We offer a variety of events through the week for people to enjoy the talents of many in the community.
Weekend Shows
Such notables as Jonathan Richman, Jorma Kaukonen, Larry Groce of Mountain Stage, Vic Chesnutt, Nik Freitas, Jack Rose, Joel Forrester, and "Lost" John Hutchison have joined us for performances. Each Friday and Saturday we offer live shows that lean towards the acoustic.
